The company AB Resespecialisten Utmed Göta Kanal where build in 1990 by Urban Brånfelt and Yvonne Brånfelt, but at that time in another name, AB Brånis Sport.

The company where selling sport- and outdoor equipments.

Year 2000 the company started to marketing and selling bicycle packages along the Göta Kanal. This business took over hand and in year 2002 the sport business where liquidated and we where into tourism for 100%. That same year we bought Prästgården in Töreboda and between autumn 2002 and May 2003 the house where rebuild to a full lodge boarding-house and restaurant. During that period the company changed name to AB Resespecialisten Utmed Göta Kanal.

Our business consists of two parts. One is the restaurant and full lodge boarding house that sell good food and accommodation, the other one sell experience packages. Together they make o unit.

Our idée is to marketing and selling packages that through quality and good service will bee the complete alternative to a relaxing and natural experience for our customers. Our packages contain activities like bike, canoe, passenger ships and golf.

Our headquarter is in Töreboda, that lies in the north of Västergötland, about 15 km east of Mariestad or 40km north of Skövde. Töreboda also lies at the Railroad, Västra Stambanan, and have many daily direct departures to Stockholm, Gothenburg, Skövde and Jönköping.
