We register your booking and when we have checked it and everything is okay, we send you a confirmation and some info about the package to you.

You make sure that your booking is alright and within 30 days you accept the booking by paying 10% of total amount + any cancellation insurance.

Remaining amount should be paid at the latest 30 days before departure and then we send you the vouchers.

Booking over the phone:
You give us a call and make your reservation.

At a late booking, between 12 and 30 days before departure, the amount should be paid within 5 days after that you received the booking confirmation.

At a booking later than 11 days before departure, the amount should be paid the same day and you need to fax us a payment receipt.
