Below is an itinerary for this package:

Season: May 1 - September 30

Day 1

Siljansnäs - Leksand (bike ride 14 km)

You pick up the bikes at UteSport in Siljansnäs. Siljansnäs is known as "Siljans pärla". The western parts of the parish offer a magnificent wilderness. The many lakes invite to fishing of various kinds. There are also wolves, bears, lynx and eagles established among other animals in the forest. Take the opportunity to take a trip to Dalarnas Naturum which is located in Siljansnäs nature reserve with a rich animal and plant life. Outside Naturum's entrance there is a well-attended bird feed. Here you have good chances to see greater woodpeckers, woodpeckers, walnuts, pine tit and a variety of other species. In addition to the animal kingdom, you have an adorable view of the Parishes in Siljansnäs from Granberget where Naturumet is located. Today's cycling goes through Siljansnäs and on to Leksand. Once in Leksand, you check in at the beautiful Korstäppans Herrgård. Korstäppans Herrgård is beautifully located in the heart of Dalarna in scenic surroundings with a view of Lake Siljan. The manor was built at the beginning of the last century and is Leksand's oldest hotel. Use the day to stroll around in Leksand and along Siljan's beach.

Day 2

Leksand - Tällberg - Rättvik (bike ride 25 km)

New discoveries and experiences await the bike ride along Tällberg's winding roads with miles of views of Lake Siljan. Here, all houses are built of wood and most are log houses. Crafts, restaurants, cafés, nature and beautiful views are the hallmarks of Tällberg, which is considered one of Sweden's most beautiful destinations. Once in Rättvik, you check in at the high-lying Hotel Lerdalshöjden. From here there are wonderful views of Lake Siljan and the surrounding area. A walk out on Långbryggan is a must. If you want a little extra excitement, a fast-paced toboggan ride is a good fit.

Day 3

Rättvik - Mora (bike ride 50 km)

The cycling holiday takes you on to Mora. On your way you will find personal gold nuggets, well-known places to visit, breathtaking views and exciting nature. You pass Nusnäs where the Dala horses are manufactured, Nittsjö ceramic manufacturing and at the same time you get to experience total relaxation and freedom. We recommend a visit to the Zorn Museum and the Zorngården in Mora, which are among Sweden's most popular art museums. Here is always a selection of Zorn's watercolors, oil paintings, sculptures and etchings. The Vasaloppet Museum is also worth a visit. Dinner and overnight stay at Mora Hotell & Spa. After an eventful cycling day, it can be nice to relax in the relaxation area with steam / dry sauna, pool and jacuzzi.

Day 4

Mora - Fryksås (bike ride 30 km)

The cycling holiday continues from Mora along Lake Orsasjön up to Fryksås Hotell & Gestgifveri. An experience beyond the ordinary when, after 10 km uphill, you arrive at one of Sweden's oldest and largest summer pasture environments. Here you have a fabulous view of Lake Orsa and Lake Siljan. Fryksås Hotell & Gestgifveri is not only located high up with a breathtaking view - it is also a gastronomic highlight. The environment and atmosphere are unique and outside the house node a fantastic nature awaits.

Day 5

Fryksås (own excursions)

Enjoy the day in Fryksås and its surroundings. Today you can take a bike ride to Björnparken in Grönklitt, which is very close to your hotel. Take the opportunity to just enjoy the wonderful nature and get strength and inspiration by staying in this fantastic environment. Enjoy the evening's dinner on local ingredients in the beautifully painted dining room, while you have a unique and magnificent view of Lake Orsa and Lake Siljan.

Day 6

Fryksås - Orsa - Mora (bike ride 40 km)

Full speed on the downhills from Fryksås towards Orsa. You follow the beautiful marked Siljan Trail along Orsasjön to Mora. On arrival at Mora you check in at Mora Hotell & Spa. Go exploring in the city and visit the places you did not have time for earlier in the week. For stiff muscles, a visit to the hotel's relaxation area can be recommended.

Day 7

Mora - Siljansnäs (bike ride 46 km)

The cycling holiday is coming to an end so it's time to cycle back to Siljansnäs, where this whole adventure started. The tour takes you past some small villages, through forests and open landscapes. The bike ride takes you over Sollerön - on Sollerön the sun shines, according to legend. If you have a little extra time and energy, you can cycle up to Gesundaberget and take the lift up the mountain and be captivated by the fantastic view. Finally, the cycling holiday can be rounded off with a visit to Dalarnas Naturum, which is Siljansnäs' pride.
