The picturesque town of Söderköping is one of the most charming places along the Göta Canal. Experience the small town idyll and the canal landscape in a wonderful mix. Feel free to bring your own favorite bike with you on this trip. The bicycle is safely and securely stored indoors at the hotel.
This bike ride can be considered a bit more demanding as it is quite hilly during some sections, a lot of uphill and also downhill. A little longer distances, a little more canal feeling and a visit to Sweden's reserve capital, Karlsborg. A historic journey along the Göta canal – Sweden's largest cultural and historical building and a visit to Karlsborg Fortress that takes you straight into the 1800th century. It is a wonderful spectacle to see life both on and next to the canal.
In our bicycle packages, you live at selected facilities with a good reputation. We offer Pensionat Prästgården with newly renovated family hotel rooms and Hotell Wettern in Karlsborg.

You can enjoy your cycling holiday on the completely car-free traditional towpath along the Göta Canal to Tåtorp, where the canal empties into Lake Viken.

Perfect for those of you who want to bring your own car to the island. It is also just as well to leave the car on the mainland and take the bus on to the island. A perfect four-day package where you get to experience Dalarna's nature both on land and at sea. With a visit to Nusnäs where the production of Dalahästar takes place, Rättvik with its 600 meter long wooden bridge that extends into Siljan, Tällberg with its wooden buildings and Leksand which is beautifully situated next to Siljan. From Leksand departs M / S Gustaf Wasa which is one of Sweden's most interesting ships with its exciting history. Every summer since 1876, she has been at sea on Lake Siljan.

Visby-Perfect as a starting point!

Experience Dalarna and Siljan from the bicycle saddle!
The cycling holiday takes place in beautiful summer Dalarna at its best. The donut places you visit on the tour are Nusnäs with Dalahäst manufacturing and Rättvik with its famous wooden bridge that stretches about 600 meters out into Siljan. More must-sees on the tour are Tällberg known for its beautiful wooden buildings, Leksand which lies beautifully along Siljan's beach, Mora with the Vasalopp museum and beautiful paintings and exhibitions at the Zorn museum. Cycle around Siljan in the heart of Dalarna.
